About us
We’ve been there too.
The Hopeline is funded by the Oregon Health Authority.
Our goal is to connect you with services that work for you — substance use harm reduction, treatment, recovery, and supportive services, like housing support.
Consider us your resource for understanding Measure 110, changes to the law that go into effect on September 1, 2024, and for helping you waive Class E citation (possession) fines until then.
Our services are free and confidential, and we are committed to providing caring and nonjudgmental support, 24/7. Our compassionate Hopeline call takers have personal experience with substance use and are certified in Oregon as Peer Support Specialists.
What happens when I contact the Hopeline?
When you reach out, a live Peer Support Specialist will talk with you to:
- Assess your needs with simple questions.
- Provide referrals to substance use treatment, recovery, harm reduction, and supportive services.
- Complete the screening needed to waive a M110 fine.
- Provide information and answer your questions about SUD, harm reduction, treatment, recovery, and M110 changes.
