About us

We’ve been there too.

The Hopeline is funded by the Oregon Health Authority.

Our goal is to connect you with services that work for you — substance use harm reduction, treatment, recovery, and supportive services, like housing support.

Our services are free and confidential, and we are committed to providing caring and nonjudgmental support, 24/7. Our compassionate Hopeline call takers have personal experience with substance use and are certified in Oregon as Peer Support Specialists.

What happens when I contact the Hopeline?

When you reach out, a live Peer Support Specialist will talk with you to:

  • Assess your needs with simple questions.
  • Provide referrals to substance use treatment, recovery, harm reduction, and supportive services.
  • Provide information and answer your questions about SUD, harm reduction, treatment, recovery, and M110 changes.

You are not alone. Our paths may be different, but many of us are on the same journey.

Partnership

The Oregon Hopeline and the Recovery Network of Oregon are two state-wide efforts working in partnership to connect Oregonians to comprehensive services for people seeking recovery from drugs and alcohol. Through RNO’s App you can access their statewide directory of services and resources on the go with GPS based results. Visit their website to learn more.
